What materials are your wallets made from?
Each wallet is made from carefully selected cowhide leather and hand-stitched with waxed linen thread. The edges are carefully burnished with beeswax for a smooth, refined finish.
Are your wallets made entirely by hand?
Yes. Every wallet is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our workshop. Small variations are a natural part of the process and give each wallet its own character.
Can I personalize my wallet?
Yes. Personalization is available on select designs. Enter the name or initials exactly as you want them to appear in the personalization field before adding the wallet to your cart.
How long will it take to make and deliver my order?
Orders are made and prepared within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping has an estimated total delivery time of 8–16 business days, while expedited shipping takes approximately 6–9 business days. These estimates include production time and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost, and do you offer free shipping?
Standard Shipping: $8 USD · Free on orders of $85 or more · 8–16 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment without creating an account.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Will I have to pay import duties, taxes, or other import fees?
Our prices do not include destination taxes, customs duties, or import fees. If applicable, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country or region.

Do your wallets come with a warranty?
Yes. Our wallets include a 12-month limited craftsmanship warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, and natural changes in the leather’s color or patina are not covered. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos if you need assistance.
