1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Dan Leathercraft. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dan Leathercraft.
These Terms govern your use of danleathercraft.com and any purchases made through our store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our other published policies.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, billing, and payment information.
3. HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our leather wallets are made and finished by hand. Natural variations in leather grain, color, texture, markings, stitching, and patina are part of the character of handmade leather goods and are not normally considered defects.
Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, natural material variations, and screen settings.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, measurements, and availability are accurate.
Measurements are approximate because our products are handmade. We may correct genuine errors, update product information, or discontinue a product without prior notice.
5. PERSONALIZATION
You are responsible for reviewing all names, initials, symbols, thread colors, placement choices, and special instructions before submitting your order.
We may refuse personalization that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, infringes another person’s rights, or cannot reasonably be produced.
By submitting text, symbols, or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize us to reproduce them only as necessary to complete your order.
6. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment.
We may cancel, refuse, or limit an order because of unavailable materials, inventory problems, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or another reasonable business need.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or calculated during checkout when available.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. Dan Leathercraft does not store your complete payment card number.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs, delivery estimates, tracking, customs duties, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY
Returns, refunds, cancellations, personalized-item restrictions, and our 12-month limited craftsmanship warranty are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
That policy forms part of these Terms.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which may process customer information as described in its own privacy policies.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
You may not interfere with the website’s operation or security, introduce malicious code, collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass any checkout or security feature.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Dan Leathercraft name, original photographs, product designs, written content, graphics, branding, and other original website materials belong to Dan Leathercraft or their respective licensors.
You may view our website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store uses Shopify and may include payment providers, applications, tools, or links operated by third parties.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Dan Leathercraft is the seller of the products, while Shopify provides the commerce platform.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
14. ERRORS AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update website information when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from technical errors. Temporary maintenance or service interruptions may occur.
15. DISCLAIMERS
Except for our written 12-month limited craftsmanship warranty and any legal rights that cannot be excluded, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not make additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in our published policies or required by applicable law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dan Leathercraft will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly and in good faith.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not unfairly alter an order that we have already accepted.
